Where are they now?

New School Alumni 2006-2010

Theoge

Theoge Chrestler was at the New School from 2000-2007, grades K - 6.

My favorite memory would be either Shove Park, with the dam that we build every year and the waterfall hike, or Highland Forest, with its hikes, campfires, over night stays, that (unnamed) place down the hill from pines, and skyline, or all my friends that I have met at the school.

The thing I will miss most about The New School Is the teacher student connection thing that I keep forgetting the name of.

My plans are to go to Onondaga Hill Middle School (O.H.M.S.)

for the next school year.

Matthew

Matthew O’Connor was at the New School from 2005-2007, grades 2 and 3.

My favorite memory is going to Highland Gorest and going horseback riding.

I will miss having a lot of fun every day  (at my different school I will have fun but not as much) and the gym games you have I will miss.

My plans are going to Tecumseh Elementary where I am going to set up a Scrabble club. I will also know what I am doing this year by hearing what my sister Emily did at Tecumseh.

I would like to add that when I went to the New School I had a lot of fun but I am going to Tecumseh to learn how to go to the middle school (even though it is not as much fun) At Tecumseh I know a little about what I am going to be doing because my sister told me they play instruments etc.

Alecsander

Alecsander Dantuano was at the New School from 2004 – 2007, grades 3 – 6.

My favorite thing to do at the New School would be going to Highland Forest and catching frogs and showing them to everybody in camp. I also enjoy the long hikes through the forest.

The thing I will miss most is all of the friends I have made like my best friends, Theoge and Will. I will also miss the turtles I have come to know and love.

My plans are that I will either be going to Grant Middle School or a Charter School until 8th grade.

I would like to add that this is the best school that I have ever gone to (and one of the only ones.)
